Application Process

GETTING STARTED

  • Submit a Contact Form in order to be placed on our mailing list and put in contact with our Admissions Team.
  • Attend an Open House and/or a LVA community event to learn more about our school. Additional opportunities to speak with LVA leaders, faculty, parents, and students are also happily arranged upon request.

SUBMIT APPLICATION

PROSPECTIVE SCHOLAR SHADOW OPPORTUNITIES

  • Schedule shadow days for your prospective scholar to experience LVA’s in-person learning and virtual days.

INTERVIEW WITH PARENTS AND SCHOLAR

  • Schedule an interview for you and your scholar with LVA leadership. Because we believe that parents are the primary educators of their children, the interview process helps us to ascertain that parents share the mission of LVA and will work in partnership with us to support the formation of their children

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

  • Submit a letter of recommendation from an adult mentor of your scholar, such as a pastor, coach, or teacher – someone who is cable of speaking to your scholar’s personality, interests, and life experiences.

DECISION AND NOTICE

  • Admission decisions will be communicated as soon as all application information is received and reviewed by the LVA Admissions Team.

FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION

  • Upon acceptance, accepted scholars families will be provided instruction as to how to apply for financial aid, as applicable, and set up a tuition payment plan.

ENROLLMENT PACKET

  • Work with the Admissions Team to finalize the Enrollment Packet – Welcome to Lumen Verum Academy!
