Need-Based Financial Aid
All parents are encouraged to complete a FACTS financial disclosure to allow the school to determine what need-based financial aid can be made available.
Scholarships
Students are eligible to receive multiple scholarships and are encouraged to apply for all that are applicable. Students may apply for the following scholarships:
Homeschoolers
In recognition of the sacrifice made by Catholic homeschooling parents, each student for whom Lumen Verum Academy is the first school he or she will attend will be granted a $1,500 annual scholarship. There is no limit on the number of immediate family members who will be eligible for this scholarship.
Law Enforcement
Children of Catholic police and law enforcement personnel who selflessly serve the needs of their communities every day will be eligible for an annual scholarship of $1,500 per child.
First Responders
Children of Catholic first responders including our brave firefighters, EMTs, and 911 operators will be eligible for an annual scholarship of $1,500 per child.
Veterans and Active-Duty Military
Children of any veterans or active-duty military who so courageously chose to serve their country will be eligible for an annual scholarship of $1,500 per child.
Health Care Workers
Children of any Catholic health care workers, for their dedication to the community, especially during crises like the recent COVID-19 pandemic, will be eligible for an annual scholarship of $1,500 per child.
Multi-Child Scholarships
Families with multiple children enrolled at Lumen Verum Academy will be entitled to a $1,000 annual scholarship for their second child and a $2,000 annual scholarship for their third child attending Lumen Verum Academy at the same time. If more than three children from the same immediate family are attending Lumen Verum Academy at the same time, any children after the first three tuition-paying children will receive an annual scholarship equal to full tuition. This 100 percent scholarship will only apply during time periods in which more than three children are concurrently attending.
All scholarships are subject to a maximum family income of $250,000.
